ABOUT KIM PIPKINS

Kim Pipkins was born and raised in the Dallas/ Ft. Worth Metroplex and moved to Houston in 1997 after graduating from Stephen F. Austin in Nacogdoches, Texas with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition and Health Science.

Kim began her career in Surgical Device Sales in the Houston Medical Center and surrounding hospitals. Kim consulted Surgeons in the Operating Room and negotiated contracts within some of the largest healthcare systems in Houston over the last 20 years. She eventually moved up into management and into the corporate arena. Kim was promoted to “Mom” in 2015 with twins and states this is her highest achievement. A fun fact, she is also a licensed Private Investigator.

Her purpose is her family and making other people’s dreams come true. Her passion is homes and having the skills to envision the potential of any property. Kim is on the Parent’s Club Board and on the Social Events Sub Committee for her neighborhood in the Energy Corridor which she has resided for the last 12 years with her husband, two children and mini aussie doodle Gracie.

Kim believes that every property has a story and can provide a very important chapter in a client’s life. Her goal is to ensure that she makes a memorable experience happen for all her clients. Kim works for you!
