Houston is packed with exciting fall festivals and events in 2024. Here are some highlights:
- P-6 Farms’ Fall Festival (Sept 28 – Nov 03) – Navigate through a corn maze, pick your own pumpkins and flowers, have a fall photo shoot and enjoy other kid-friendly activities. Located in Montgomery right outside of Houston.
- Zoo Boo (through Oct 31) at the Houston Zoo offers a family-friendly Halloween experience with pumpkin displays, costumes, and animal-themed fun.
- Texas Renaissance Festival (Oct 12 – Dec 1) the largest renaissance festival in the United States celebrates its 50th anniversary with themed weekends ranging from barbarians to pirates and highlanders. Live entertainment, and a medieval village.
- Bayou City Art Festival (Oct 11-13) at Memorial Park features local artists, live music, and food.
- Oktoberfest Celebrations: Saint Arnold’s Oktoberfest (Oct 4-5) and the Sugar Land Oktoberfest (Oct 5) are perfect for beer lover’s.
- ArBOOretum (Oct 19) at the Houston Arboretum features a Trick-or-Treat Nature Trail, food trucks, and family activities.
- Dia de los Muertos Festival & Parade (Nov 2) Honor those that have passed at the fourth annual Dia de los Muertos festival and parade. Enjoy live music, arts and crafts and concessions. 2pm-10pm Parade starts at 7pm.
